Hi Kiani, sorry for getting back to you so late. My apologies. I have a new video series that explains exactly HOW to detox safely and with a minimum of discomfort. If there were a simple explanation, I’d give it to you here. However, in my experience coaching people, each individual situation is different so the HOW varies greatly from person to person.
